Sounds good to me!

Sounds like a generally good idea to me. Especially the central archive for key documents. FWIW, I've noticed that Friday / Saturday are low points for activity and comments on my site, so don't be surprised if traffic is slow then suddenly picks up next Monday / Tuesday.
